Made this today for jingyun's birthday. For the bdae ger......chocoholic with sweet juicy champagne grapesCross section...centre between the vanilla sponge cake got vanilla custard but colour quite similar... (all using real vanilla beans.....not vanillin or essence)

Made these cakes today...they have strawberry preserve in between.This one is for the RV Choir Alumni monthly gathering today....with dark choco rasps & champagne grapes on the sideThis one made to order. With strawberry jelly glaze and champagne grapes.
